Return Process

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
